The Loud Silence
03:30
|
|||
The silence is so loud
booming in my head
like a thundercloud
predicting my next move
the cards were so alive
just like you never died
right here by my side
whispering
Butterfly that speaks a language no one else has heard
Then I'm looking eye to eye and you're a hummingbird
magic is the kiss of death and your the spoken word
from tall tales to radio silence
I'm hoping for the best
I'll put this to the test
and try to celebrate the screaming rings that echo through my ears
Butterfly that speaks a language no one else has heard
Then I'm looking eye to eye and you're a hummingbird
magic is the kiss of death and your the spoken word
from tall tales to radio silence
The loud is so silent
it booms in my sleep
You'll always be with me
I still hear you speaking
Butterfly that speaks a language no one else has heard
Then I'm looking eye to eye and you're a hummingbird
magic is the kiss of death and your the spoken word
from tall tales to radio silence

Fought A Bear
03:16
|
|||
Last night I fought a bear
it wasn't looking good
pushed it down
held its mouth open
blew smoke into it's lungs
until it passed out
somehow I made it out alive
but from what I can remember, that's not the first time
Little reminders that messages pulse deep
it's not just random thoughts that run amuck when we're asleep
Little reminders that messages run deep
it's not just random thoughts that run amuck when we're asleep
Little reminders
Not like that every night
Sometimes it's black and white
But I asked for a sign
I think this was my reply
Little reminders that messages pulse deep
it's not just random thoughts that run amuck when we're asleep
Little reminders that messages pulse deep
it's not just random thoughts that run amuck when we're asleep
Last night I fought a bear

Holiday Daydream
03:58
|
|||
There’s a crazy wind
and it’s blowing in
I see sideways sand
Keeps on blowing In
I can see all of the stars
Feels like I’m dreaming on Mars
Everyone looks like Billion dollars
Holiday Daydream
Holiday Daydream
Holiday Daydream
I let go of my brain and trying to win
Now I’m floating away
in a crazy wind
I can see all of the stars
Feels like I’m dreaming on Mars
Everyone looks like a billion dollars
Holiday Daydream
Holiday Daydream
Holiday Daydream

Panic Attack
03:58
|
|||
Alone in a panic telling myself it's all going to be okay
Heat beating out of my chest
the mind gets in the way
rarely do the consequences out weigh what's real
but my brain is a tornado and it's spinning like a wheel
When I can't stop time to break the spell
When I can't stop time to break the spell
feeling like my world is burning down
and it's the price you pay to fail
neighborhood gunshots, televised news
maybe it's not the best
way to start your morning when you yearn to wake up fresh
rarely do the consequences out weigh what's real
but my brain is a tornado and it's spinning like a wheel
When I can't stop time to break the spell
When I can't stop time to break the spell
feeling like my world is burning down
and it's the price you pay to fail
And when I finally come down I am so tired
I feel like something or someone took my energy away
but I am happy the panic attack is gone
I am happy the panic attack is done
